KeXin New Materials is an injection-moulding manufacturer of protective cases based in Zhongshan, Guangdong, China. We produce PP and ABS shells in seven series, cut foam interiors in-house, and supply distributors, equipment brands, institutional buyers and programme contractors under their own brand or ours.

We are a wholesale manufacturer. Manufacturing
Injection moulding of lid and base shells, mould storage and maintenance, in-house CNC and die foam cutting, hardware assembly, closure alignment, functional inspection and export packing — one site, one sequence, nine documented steps.
Quality control
Seven inspection points: material lot, dimensional first article and interval checks, assembly, seal seating, functional test, final and packing inspection. Records are held against the production batch. Certified figures are quoted as a separate accredited test, never assumed.
Production capability & markets
155 standard models in seven series, internal volumes 0.3 L to 139 L, internal lengths to 1,280 mm, two shell materials, 45-day OEM lead time on existing moulds and 125 days with a new mould. No. KeXin is a wholesale manufacturer supplying distributors, equipment brands, institutional buyers and programme contractors.

Do you hold certifications?
We describe materials and processes by what is measured and recorded. Where a specific certification or test report is required for your tender, we will tell you plainly whether we hold it — and if not, quote the accredited test against your configuration as a separate work package.
Can you supply to defence end users?
We supply protective cases and packaging only. Any export licence, end-user certificate and transport compliance is the responsibility of the buyer and their forwarder, and we do not advise on regulated end uses.
Do you offer DDP or an overseas warehouse?
No. Terms are EXW or FOB from Guangdong. Institutional buyers normally consolidate through their own forwarder, and we supply carton and pallet data so that plan can be built before ordering.
