Send us the equipment. We return a shell, an interior, a price and a lead time — and we will tell you honestly if a mould is not justified at your volume.
Measure the equipment in its transport configuration, including antennas, handles and connectors
Send dimensions, mass, quantity, application and required protection, with a drawing, CAD file, PDF or photograph
We shortlist standard shells and publish the clearance on each axis
We propose a foam layout, hardware and finish, and quote tooling only if it is needed
You approve a first article or a sample; production is scheduled on confirmation of the deposit
Before you commit
What files can I send?
DWG, DXF, STEP, STP, PDF, JPEG, PNG or a physical sample. A photograph of the equipment laid out as it would be packed is often enough to start.
How quickly will I get a proposal?
A shortlist and fit assessment normally within two working days of receiving dimensions; a full quotation with tooling analysis within five.
