Line verification
- Gasket fully seated in a continuous channel with no twist
- Closure uniform across every latch, checked by feel and by gap gauge
- No channel contamination from trim or adhesive
Configuration testing
Where a customer needs a documented result, we commission it against the exact model and configuration — spray, immersion or pressure-decay — through an accredited laboratory, and the report belongs to the customer. The cost and duration are quoted before any test starts.
Verification policy
Only tests actually performed are described with figures. Where no test record exists for a model we say so, and quote the test as a separate work package.
