How the custom process works
Step one is a dimension. Step two is a decision: does an existing shell fit with clearance, or does the geometry genuinely require a new mould? Roughly eight out of ten enquiries are solved in step one, and the customer saves the mould cost and the four months. The remaining two need a new shape because the equipment is unusually long, because the case must stack in a specific rack, or because a brand wants a distinctive exterior.
We will tell you which route you are on before we quote, and we will say so plainly if a mould is not economically justified at your volume.
