A drone case is a transport container whose interior is cut around an airframe, a controller, a battery set and the accessories that go with them. The airframe is light but geometrically awkward; the batteries are heavy and must be isolated; the gimbal and optics are the parts that actually break.

The three separate problems in one case
A drone kit is really three products in one box. The airframe needs volume and gentle constraint, not strength. The batteries need mass support and electrical isolation. The gimbal needs nothing to touch it. A single foam density and a single cavity handles none of them well, which is why we cut drone interiors in layers with different firmness in each zone.
