Material Verification
Resin verification for protective cases: certificates of analysis, lot traceability, pigment and UV considerations, and foam grade verification.
What we keep
- Resin certificate of analysis against the production lot
- Masterbatch and colour formulation reference
- Foam grade and density record against the interior layout
- Dimensional results at first article and through the run
On material claims
We describe materials by their actual grade — PP, engineering-grade PP blend, ABS — and by the properties that matter in the application. We do not use a brand name of a resin we cannot evidence in the certificate.
Verification policy
Only tests actually performed are described with figures. Where no test record exists for a model we say so, and quote the test as a separate work package.
