Rolling & Wheeled Equipment Cases
Wheeled protective cases with telescopic handles, 25 L to 139 L internal volume, published travel height and empty mass. Manufacturer direct with custom foam.
A rolling case is a hard-shell case fitted with wheels and a telescopic handle so that one person can move a load that would otherwise need two people or a trolley. KeXin builds nineteen T-series models with internal volumes from 25 L to 139 L, and publishes the telescopic travel height and the empty mass for each.
Key points
- The largest T-series shell has an internal volume of 139 L and an empty mass of 15.32 kg.
- Telescopic travel height is published per model, from 240 mm to 295 mm.
- Deep lid and base splits of 44 + 320 mm allow accessories to be carried in the lid.
- Wheels and handle are moulded into the shell geometry, not bolted on afterwards.
Why the wheel position matters
A loaded rolling case is a lever. If the wheels sit too far from the centre of mass, the case tips when it is pulled over a kerb; if the handle travel is too short for the user height, the pull angle forces the shoulder. We therefore publish the telescopic travel height and the external dimensions, so the buyer can check the geometry against their users rather than trusting a photograph.

In this family: 7 sub-classifications
The family is not a flat list. Buyers come to us with a sub-type in mind, so each one below is a real filter over the same product database rather than a separate marketing page.
How to specify this family
Airport and road transfer
Check the external dimensions against cabin and boot constraints, not just the internal volume.
Rough ground
Larger wheels and a wider track matter more than shell volume.
Stored upright
Confirm the case can stand on its base with the handle retracted in your racking.
Questions on Rolling Cases
What is a rolling equipment case?
A hard-shell case with integrated wheels and a retractable telescopic handle, designed so one person can move a heavy load on wheels rather than carry it.
Which applications use rolling cases?
Military and field equipment transport, medical and laboratory equipment, audio and lighting, photography and film, industrial instruments, and tool sets above roughly 12 kg.
How much do they weigh empty?
The T-series shells range up to 15.32 kg empty. Each product page publishes the measured value.
Can the interior be customised?
Yes. The large base depth on T-series models makes them well suited to CNC foam with a separate accessory layer.
Are spare wheels available?
Wheels, handles, latches and hinges are held as serviceable hardware, and replacement kits can be supplied with a production order.
