Load & Stack Testing
Stacking and load behaviour in protective cases: rim geometry, wall thickness, pallet load and container stacking considerations.
What determines stack behaviour
- Whether the load path runs through the shell walls or through the lid panel
- Rim geometry and how squarely one case locates on the next
- Wall thickness, published per model between 2.0 mm and 5.0 mm
- Whether the interior is empty, partially loaded or fully loaded
Verification policy
Only tests actually performed are described with figures. Where no test record exists for a model we say so, and quote the test as a separate work package.
